What you need to Know...

Each applicant must pay their security deposit at the time of application.
Personal: equal to 1 month
Commercial: equal to 2 months

A monthly Asset Management Fee applies to all programs for the duration of the program drafted at the time of your application and on the last day of every month thereafter.

Your first pay-it-forward applicant MUST apply within 90 days of your entry into our grant program.

Your second pay-it-forward applicant MUST apply within 90 days of the end of your grant term.

All applicants must meet a minimum monthly threshold to be eligible.

Commercial: $2,000.00
Our programs are NOT
credit-driven.
Our grants are NOT loans.
You do NOT have to pay
back the funds we gift you.
You will NOT incur any
tax credit issues.
In-House financing available for qualified applicants. All applicable fees must be paid at the time of application.
