Who is ConsoliGrant?ConsoliGrant is a revolutionary debt consolidation/grant program that is over 25 years in the making, combining the best of our proprietary consumer services, innovative funding mechanisms and wealth-building expertise. We are a division of TIMCO Corporation with offices in the United States, the United Kingdom, Africa, the Philippines, China, Thailand and South America.
-
How does this work? It's quite simple. Everyone is entitled to live debt-free, and we're giving away money specifically targeted to that end. You'll keep paying your bills for a designated period of time through our system, and at the end of the term, we'll pay your bills if you can't.
-
How can you do this? It's common practice for corporations to use philanthropic funds to increase tax write-offs. It's beneficial for us to gift funds to people we can help! People like YOU!
-
What are the grant programs?ConsoliGrant, Inc. is all about financial freedom... we offer "living" grant programs for individuals, businesses, churches and community organizations who seek to be debt-free. Our Relief Grant is targeted to life's challenges... times when you might not be able to meet your monthly obligations. And the Rent2Ownership Grant helps renters become owners with mortgage and down payment assistance.
-
What is the process? You'll fill out an application for our Review Board and submit that along with your $99.99 asset management fee and your security deposit ($199.99 for commercial entities). Once approved, you'll be given access to the secure asset management portal, where you'll set up an account . You'll sign some paperwork and upload some documents. Then, you'll enter a "grace period" of 90 days, during which time we'll be setting up your accounts, establishing communication with your lenders, and securing your grant funds. Your program officially starts and your first monthly payment is due at the conclusion of the 90-day grace period. At the end of your chosen term, we'll pay the designated balance in full.
-
What are the asset/grant management services?Ameritax Financial is the provider of the asset/grant management services. They establish communications with your service providers and lenders to manage your debt and the payoff of those debts. This is an essential piece in your grant program and is a mandatory requirement of our services.
-
Is there a fee for this?Yes! There is an individual asset/grant management fee of $99.99 per month for up to 10 debts or bills and $9.99 per bill thereafter ($199.99 per month for commercial entities and $14.99 after 10 included debts). This covers general administration of your grant(s) for the duration of your grant term.
-
Is asset/grant management a requirement?Yes. This is a required and essential element of our grant programs for the duration of the grant term. It is the management of your grant and its payoff.
-
Are there any minimums or maximums?Yes. We have a $1,000 minimum monthly payment threshold for individuals and $2,000 for commercial entities.
-
Can my spouse and I both apply?Yes. If you have payments in only your name or only your spouse's name, you may submit separate applications. However, each application is tied to a separate email account, so both applications cannot be registered under one email. As long as you register with different emails, you may both apply.
-
Why do I have to pay a security deposit? The security deposit ensures your grant funds within our accounting system. In short, it holds your place in line. It is a nonrefundable commitment for us both.
-
Is a security deposit always required?Yes, all plans require a security deposit.
-
Can I split my security deposit and start my program before it's totally paid? No. You can't move into a house with only half of the security deposit, and you can't start your grant program with only half of the security deposit. Your program will start only when the full security deposit is received.
-
What if I can't afford to pay my security deposit with the application? We realize that gathering funds on short notice may be difficult. But no worries! We can provide short-term financing to get you started right away! NOTE: The asset management fee of $99.99 for individuals and $199.99 for businesses is still required at the time of application and every month thereafter through the term of your grant program.
-
What is the "grace period"?After you submit your application, pay your management fee and security deposit, and upload your required documents, we enter into a 90-day "set-up" period. We call this the "grace period". During this time, we'll be setting up your account, verifying the numbers, setting your grant funds aside, establishing our presence with your lenders, and generally getting you ready to be debt free! A second "grace period" occurs at the conclusion of your grant term. When you make your final payment, we pay all subsequent monthly payments until the grant is ready and the payoff is made. This process can also take 90 days or more, but now you're keeping money in your pocket each month!
-
Can I include IRS debt or student loans? All government-backed debt such as IRS and student loans are considered on a case-by-case basis.
-
Is my home or car held as collateral? Can you take that away from me?NO! We are not collateralizing your assets. We are in the business of empowering people to be financially free and independent. We will not attach to your titles or to your loans… we simply pay them off at the end of the grant term. This is a grant – a gift to you.
-
I don’t have good credit. Can I still apply? Our programs are NOT credit-driven, and we will NOT pull your credit reports. Everyone can apply.
-
If my credit is not an issue, what are the criteria for me to qualify? Our programs are based solely on your ability to pay your monthly expenses... which you're already doing, right? If you have a steady job and can prove your ability to pay, you can apply.
-
What lenders work with this program? It doesn’t matter who your lender is… This is a proprietary program of our company.
-
If I choose to pay my security deposit in installments, does it delay my grant program in any way?Yes. Your 90-day grace period does not begin until the security deposit is paid in full. The first regular monthly payment is due upon completion of that 90-day grace period, and signals the beginning of your grant term.
-
Will I have to pay capital gains taxes on the grant money? No. We will be paying your lenders directly; no funds will be paid to you directly. Therefore, there will be no capital gains.
-
Can I advocate for someone else in the grant program?Only if you are an authorized agent (an agreement in writing) for that person. Anyone attempting to interfere or subject themselves into someone else's grant program FOR ANY REASON will jeopardize the grant programs of both parties.
-
What happens if I miss a monthly debt payment?Don't let this happen! Even one missed payment can derail your entire program, resulting in starting over and/or removal from the program altogether.
-
What happens if I don't pay my asset/grant management fee?The late or default fee payment policy is as follows: In the event of a first occurrence where the monthly fee is not successfully drafted on time (i.e. the 30th day of the month), a late charge of $35 will be added to your auto-draft and a second attempt will be made on the first day of the new month immediately following. In the event of a second unsuccessful auto-draft, your grant program will be suspended and your portal access will be denied until all fees (past and present) are paid in full within 30 days. A reinstatement fee of 50% of your security deposit will be required to continue your grant program. In the unfortunate event of a third occurrence, your enrollment in our grant programs will be cancelled without exception and you will not be eligible for reinstatement. To begin again, you will need to re-apply and start over. If accepted by our Review Board, your new grant program will follow commercial guidelines (see our website for details).
-
What if I’m selling my home?Because home sales transactions usually fall within a time period of 30-60 days, a pending sale cannot be paid in full by us. However, once you complete that transaction and purchase another home, that new home is immediately eligible.
-
Can I refinance my home while I'm in your grant program?Yes. However, it will require a reassessment by our Review Board. Our grant for your payoff is based on the balance owed on Day One of your program. If your mortgage principal balance increases during the term of the program through any means (i.e. refinance, equity withdrawal, etc.), it may increase the term of your program or cause that debt to be eliminated from your program.
-
If I’m behind on my mortgage, can I apply? The bills you elect to include in your grant application must be current, and you must be able to pay on time every month.
-
If I'm in foreclosure, can I apply?Unfortunately, we cannot accept loans in any portion of the foreclosure process, including modification proceedings. When your loan is brought current and/or delinquent payments have been resolved with your lender, you may apply for our program at that time.
-
Can I get kicked out of the program?Yes. There are several ways you might be terminated from our program: 1) Failure to pay your monthly payments on time is grounds for removal from the program. Timely payments ensure our ability to pay off your debt within the time frame agreed upon. Even one missed payment can cause the entire program and payment structure to dissolve. 2) Your grant program is subject to termination if you interfere or subject yourself into someone else's grant program. As a grant customer, you cannot speak for someone else in a grant program without their written authorized consent. 3) ConsoliGrant is giving away FREE money... it's our way of blessing people. We do not tolerate any form of libel or slander against our company, our name or our integrity. Negative reportings on any platform is grounds for immediate termination.
-
What is the policy on chargebacks?ConsoliGrant, Inc. prides itself on a pristine relationship with merchant services, and this is essential to processing your payments AND your grant in a timely manner. Therefore, we operate with a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. In the event that a client initiates a chargeback against any fees billed by ConsoliGrant, Inc. and/or Ameritax Financial and Consultant, Inc., it will be considered a breach of agreement. Any chargeback initiated by the client will result in the immediate termination of services provided by ConsoliGrant, Inc. and/or Ameritax Financial and Consultant, Inc. The client will forfeit access to any ongoing services and/or programs, including grant programs, and no refunds will be issued for prior payments. By engaging in our services, clients acknowledge and agree that chargebacks are not an acceptable means of dispute resolution and will lead to the cancellation of services without exception.
-
Can I opt out?Yes. You may cancel your grant at any time. Read our cancellation policy HERE.
-
How does the rent-2-own program work? This is an amazing opportunity that turns renters into homeowners in just two years. And it's really quite simple! You just keep paying your rent every month for two years, and at the end of that term, we'll get mortgage funding for you to buy the home (building/church) of your dreams OR we'll build one for you! The underwriting guidelines are on a case-by-case basis based on income and debt-to-income ratios.
-
What is the purpose of the Release Authorization? This allows us to manage your assets and your bills directly with your lenders on your behalf for the duration of the grant program. It will be provided to you when your application is approved. You will then need to deliver this form to your lender/provider, thereby authorizing us to intervene on your behalf. This is a requirement of the program as many lenders will not allow us to pay without it.
