I understand there is no fee for my grant. However, A FEE OF $99.99 WILL BE ASSESSED MONTHLY BY AMERITAX FINANCIAL BEGINNING TODAY for asset management of my grant. I further understand that the first monthly payment of $99.99 is due with this application and will continue every month until the end of my program term. I authorize Ameritax Financial to draft these funds from my credit/debit card below without reprecussion, retaliation or chargeback initiated by me.

I understand the Programs included in this application require a security deposit equal to one month of my combined total regular monthly payment if I am an individual and two months if I am a business. I UNDERSTAND THIS AMOUNT MUST BE SENT VIA ZELLE from my bank account to Ameritax Financial (send to payments@ameritaxfc.com) TODAY WITH THIS APPLICATION OR THIS APPLICATION WILL BE VOID. I further understand that my security deposit is nonrefundable.

I understand that I will receive a private and secured portal invitation to the email address I provided within 7 days of this application date (NOTE: Please watch your email, spam and promotional folders). I further understand that I must activate my portal and upload all required documents within the 7 days following the portal invitation. Failure to do so will automatically cancel my grant and this application, without exception. (Additional fees will apply to reinstate the application process.)

I agree to continue making my regular debt payments on time now and for the duration of my grant term.

I understand that I must pay my lender(s) on or before the due date or within the grace period specified by each lender/provider. I further understand that it is my responsibility to upload proof of each payment into the "Files" section of my private portal every month for my grant program to be valid.

I agree to accept text messaging and promotional and/or information emails from ConsoliGrant, Inc. as communication platforms regarding my accounts and/or program status.

I understand I may be eliminated from this program if I miss even one payment. I further understand I will be eliminated from this program if I initiate any chargebacks on fees I have agreed to herein.

I understand I may choose to cancel this regstration within 7 days of today and receive a full refund minus a 20% administrative fee. If I cancel after 7 days, I forfeit any monies paid to that time.
