At the end of a Rent2Ownership program, we will help you with the required down payment to buy an existing home or building OR to build the facility you need AND we'll help you secure the mortgage you need to finance the rest! Get Mortgage Ready!

The traditional route to ownership requires years of prep! It takes time to put away funds for a down payment, position your credit score and balance income-to-debt ratios. 
But we are NOT traditional!
Our programs are NOT credit-driven.
Our grants are NOT loans.
You do NOT have to pay back the funds we gift you.
You will NOT incur any tax credit issues. 

Eligibility: You may claim more than one rental property in your rent-2-own grant program if you are the tenant on all the leases. You do not need to owner-occupy all properties. At the end of the program term (3 years), ConsoliGrant will help you obtain a mortgage to purchase a new home OR build one and provide a grant for down payment assistance. Residential applications will result in a residential mortgage; commercial applications will result in a commercial mortgage. No credit check will be required. Mortgage applications will be based on rental history for the term of the rent-2-own grant program and qualifying income to make the subsequent mortgage payments.
